Upon receiving your cancellation request and original product photos, our team will validate the purchase details, post receiving the purchased product, we will initiate the refund process.

2. Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice, must be provided.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

3. Returning Goods:

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation in the package.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned goods and verify that they meet the conditions for returns, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in the fulfillment of your order.
